1997

In December, the Rural Economic Development Bureau of the district agreed to “on the Qingdao Economic and Technological Development Zone Water Conservancy Engineering Corporation restructured into a limited liability company” application, the enterprise name was changed to “Qingdao Ruiyuan Engineering Co.

1999
